    I just got back from my leg day, it was pretty disappointing. I think I'm gonna do my own version of a deload week, hopefully I can come back stronger.

    So I had the worst workout of my life this morning.

    I deadlifted. thats all. I was so mad I couldnt even continue.

    I went to the gym though again just now with my friend Cameron, I didnt take anything though.

    DB Shrugs

    Seated DB Shoulder Press
    40x8
    50x8
    60x4(with a little assistance)

    Stretched for about 15 minutes. Then did abs.

    25 reps - Toe Touchers
    90 seconds - holding legs flat out a few inches above the ground.
    25 reps - Toe Touchers
    1 Minute - Leg Pull-ins

    I highly advise not to do DL's the day after squats or vice/versa. LOL, at my age I can barely function for about 3 days after a good DL or squat workout.

    Thanks bro, aesthetically my delts are my strong point naturally. But I also have some nerve issue in my shoulder that is pretty debilitating at times.

    I dont get doms really except in my legs, its not bad though. Maybe I will try it though since I got about 40 servings left.

    Im not doubting you, but I think I will stick to the directions on the bottle lol.. Although I have snorted the con-cret a couple times because the cap on the bottle doesnt stay on very well and i dont wanna waste the stuff that spills haha

    P.S. for anyone who tries to snort this stuff, I'm not gonna say it wasn't beneficial but I don't recommend it. lol
