    Smile Line down the middle of abs.

    I have been hitting abs hard and I can see my 6 pack pretty well now, but I still can't see the vertical line that goes right down the middle. Any tips on how to make this come out better besides dieting? I've been working on dropping down to 4-5% body fat.

    Agreed. I'm just cutting for the summer to see how built they are. After summer is over I'm bulking up and I'm gonna hit those abs hard.

    I think genetics has a huge factor in abs as well. I have an extra ab above my upper abs, but it's only on one side. Two of my brothers have the same exact thing.

    if both of his brothers also have the single upper ab, it probably is genetic (although that's the weirdest genetic variation i've ever heard )

    it's very unlikely that all 3 brothers did the same exercise or received the same environmental stimuli that cause a single upper ab.
