    Bulking but still losing weight

So for the past month or so I've been bulking on 3400 calories a day. I'm 6ft 0 and weigh 75kg, and I'm a student who doesn't play any physical sports (motorsports ).
On the other hand I've gain more strength and my arms look bigger, so could one argue that I'm losing fat and gaining muscle during my bulking phase? I'm just questioning my hypothesis since most bodybuilders on here say its not the norm to lose weight whilst bulking.

you're probably calculating your calories wrong because I'm bigger than you and I bulk and gain weight at around 3200 to 3300. If you are losing weight just eat more. Also you can't really lose fat and gain muscle at the same time unless you've just started working out then you might lose a bit of fat.

I maintain on your bulk. Srs.
"There is no question that belts assist in generating a few more Newton-meters (or foot-pounds) of torque in the torso through elastic recoil of a bent orso that is stiffened with a belt. However, if a neutral spine is preserved throughout the lift this effect is minimal. In other words, to obtain the maximal effect from a belt, the lifter must lift poorly and in a way that exposed the back to a much higher risk of injury!”

6'3 maybe you've got more to fill out. A 6 feet 75 kg person wouldnt need that much to gain weight nor would he lose weight at those amount of calories.
