Sounds like the time the Dr. gave me a digital exam on my physical.
I assumed it was something cool he did with some electronic device.

It gets worse but i'll stop there.

They really need to come up with a new name for a prostrate examine in this electronic age.
Like maybe just calling it a prostrate exam so I at least know the general area he's going to be rooting around in.

i'm looking a bit sloppy all of a sud due to inactivity, being on the road and some stupid indulgences. there's a small gym here with terrible hours but i'll try to work out there and maybe do stairs inside. i have no weights with me. might have to resort to lifting bags of rice again.

I definitely get the ants crawling under my skin effect on forehead and arms. I think I remember reading that it's really most effective during HIIT and not regular training?

Only get the tingles for 1-2 weeks, but for those weeks it's horrible. Like a burning itching sensation, that gets worse when I sweat.

We finally got some snow and -1 Celsius over here, weather been seriously messed up lately. Been like 2 weeks of daily lighting storms, we hardly ever get lighting over here, especially not during winter.

I quite often do a lot of baking during my cuts for the wife,family etc. I just make it a mental challenge to avoid eating any of it.

Or if you are having severe problems resisting, just make a protein cake and snack on that.

Bring your own food, so you're not just sitting/standing there while everyone else is eating and enjoying themselves. Bring a piece of fruit or cup of yogurt for a dessert, so you're not tempted to eat the sweets.

only the dark-side would outright refuse to injest anything & we all know the darkside is the easy way out.
Plus when you follow the darkside you seem to loose a lot of body parts along the way and have to be encased in life sustaining armor.

Yay! I thought I lost this a year ago, but I found it this morning while I was going through some coins. St. Christopher is the patron saint of travelers. I hope this means I will be traveling more next year!

Yap! Wife initially made a batch of Serina Kaker and Brown sticks , but they lacked the Znik magic and didn't taste properly so I made a batch to fit the high standards.

Mostly my fault since I do all these adjustments and additions to the recipes and never write em down, just add what seems right
