Hehe yeah, they wont work if you are on a diet or low carb since its tons of carbs and calories and little satiety. There are a few low carb variations but they taste totally different just looks the same, so figured if im going to make something thats intended to be unhealthy its going to be so but with a dash of "healthy" stuff aka proteins.
If you are looking for something snack'ish dmcdonald pancake recipe is pretty good, especially with extra scoops of protein powder of your flavour or artificial sweeteners (havent tried that as its fkin expensive over here): http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...21&pagenumber=

So it took me 2 hrs to bike 21 miles today..ended up snowing during the whole ride. Most I've ever biked in my life. Sleeping good tonite
