Main Difference Between Dymatize Elite Whey vs. ON 100% Gold Standard?

Just wondering whats the difference in terms of quality, taste, effects, etc. Ive been with ON ever since, even before I had an accident, but some say Dymatize is good too(and cheaper).

dymatize's protein is supposed to taste better and is less expensive. and is supposed to be in the same ballpark as ON in terms of quality. needless to say, i m giving dymatize a try.

Used to be the best bang for your buck protein out there. It has since risen in price and lost that title, but has many loyal followers.

Dymatize, IMO, is the new ON as far as bang for your buck proteins go. I know there are cheaper like Body Fortress and American Whey, but I like the multitude of flavors you can get with Dymatize.

The the enzyme blend helps break down proteins into amino acids and reduce bloating caused by incomplete protein digestion

the content of the Dymatize is based on 100gr if i remember and the ON is based on a serving size, do the math sum all the aminos and you will get 24gr on the Optimum Nutrition and like 99gr on the Dymatize

what do you think about using the mega gainer as a mrp or would it be cheaper to buy tuna and greens?

You could use some whey protein with oats and fruit and you got a nice MRP.

Weight gainers are just calorie fillers with no nutritional value other than protein.

I thought when looking for a mrp, you want something with 300+cal/30-50pro/80-100carbs?

I was pointing out that we have lab results, I was not trying to put down Dymatize , as from what I understand they got everything straightened out which is great. Choose which one you like better results will not be different
