Leg press- 12 plates total 3 x 10
Squat- 225 3 x10
Sumo dead lift 225 3 x 10
Ham curl
Calfff raises
Awesome leg workout. Squats where atg and was a lot more difficult than I was expecting. First time in a while where I. Did anosome type of heavy pressing before squating.

Rack Deadlift (2 inches below knee)-315 4x5 (no straps)
Cable Rope Pull Overs-3x10
3x10 on three different curl movements. (cable preacher, DB hammer, DB curl)
