    Nail on the head.

Natural PB is good in decent amounts for bulking, and good in small amounts for cutting. It has lots of unsaturated fats. The brand I have also has omega-3s.
Clean bulking till I get a good frame, then cutting down to around 10% bodyfat! Enough of the skinny-fat look!
My stats? Below 100 pounds on most of those usual weight workouts. It's gonna be good one day though! |||| Broke 100 on the squat, big accomplishment for me =)

Indeed, Omega Peanut Butter is the bomb.

Like they said, good for both bulking and cutting, just depends on the quantity consumed. From what I remember reading in a magazine a while back, 2 tbsp of peanut butter daily helps you lose weight. Helped me out when I did it way back.

Yeah, 2TBS seems the magic number for healthy consumption. I love lightly toasting two slices of whole wheat, then spreading 1TBS on one slice and 1TBS on another. Melts a bit... oooh so delicious.

Natty PB is a godsend. Just as, if not tastier, than the processed kind and much better for you.

Natural Peanut butter has more protein, less fat, no sodium, and no hydrogenated vegetable oil.

    I think it's much better

If natty does have more protein its only a gram or so but if I remember correctly I thought they were the same if not the regular had more, less fat by 1g of saturated fat and 2g of total fat (so little you won't notice the difference), sodium again such a small amount you won't even notice, and hydrogenated vegetable oil regular PB has such a small amount it equats to .5 grams or less.

I have both skippy and natural peanut butter with me now. Natural peanut butter has 1 less g of fat and 3 more g of protein and the same amount of calories. I would rather have the natural peanut butter.

    Skippy Regular:
    190 Calories
    17g fat
    3.5g Sat Fat
    7g protein

    Skippy Natty
    180 Calories
    16g fat
    2.5g Sat Fat
    7g Protein

Try taking the same brand of each PB's when comparing them to each other. I got those right off the skippy website.

Did you mean Skippy's natural peanut butter is about as far away from natural peanut as can be?? If so I don't really care I was just using that to show him if he's going to compare peanut butter's to at least use the same brand. And I still stick by my claim that natty PB really isn't even that much better for you than regular PB. If you want to eat natty PB go for it just dont run around saying it's soooo much better for you than regular PB.

The difference between Nat PB and Reg PB is that Reg is loaded with preservatives..Nat is just a bitch to stir when you first open it

Yea all those perservatives which equate to a few more grams of fat and most of the extra fat is just extra good fat.

Naturally More. I only knew that until I looked now. It seems that a lot of people think its great. If you ever see it check it out man, the only problem is that I have to SEARCH for it all over.

And taste may be subjective, but when I say its good, its damn good.

Looks like pretty good stuff since it is enriched with omega 3's. Then again they also have bread that has flax in it as well but I don't see anybody jumping to go buy that over regular whole wheat bread. I can't find a nutrition label on it though, all the website has is this

What's the saturated fat? I'll skip the hassle of having to stir it and refridgerate it for the 2 less g's of protein.

    go

ok, so once you have 100 more tablespoons of regular peanut butter it will augment to 100grams more of saturated fat and 15-30 grams of trans fat over a span of about a month or two (about 1-2 tbs. a day)

    i'll stick to my natty

Pb is def pretty good for cutting i'd say....lots of mono unsaturated... without enough fat in the cutting diet the body clings to it like no other and would drop the muscle instead . not good

First off a serving of peanut butter is 2 tablespoons. One serving of most natty PB's is 1g or 2g less of saturated fat then regular PB. So if you have 1 serving of regular PB for 30 days you will end up consuming 30-60g more of saturated fat IN A MONTH. You won't even notice that difference. ame thing applies for the trans-fat. You could cut out one serving of 1% milk a day and that would make more of a difference than eating regular PB over Natty PB. S Trying to use a large scale of time to make the # look bigger is just stupid.

put the pb in the fridge and you wont need to stir it, it also tastes better. Natty is WAY better than regular, those hydrogenated oils are really bad for you

wow you have no clue what you are talking about. Again taste is subjective it's pointless to even mention that. I think regular PB tastes better does that make it a fact? hydrogenated oils = trans fat, regular PB has .5 or less grams of trans fat again I'll say it your not going to notice that.
