So I started baby lovers ss last week and I have a few stupid questions. Where do I do deadlifts? Do I just use the same bar as I do for squats? Also, what do I do military press with? My gym does have some of the bars that have certain weights (50,60,70...) attached to them and that's what I've been using.

For militarys use dumbells or put weight in a barbell. And yeah you can do deads on a power rack or from the ground. Be sure to have strict form on militarys and deads but especially deadlift you can ruin your back for a lifetime if its not done proper
And dont be afraid to goto the gym because your not lifting very much or look like you dont know what your doing. Just be safe around other lifters and im sure people will give you tips or help you out there. Everyone starts from somewhereLast edited by Sethinator; 06-06-2012 at 11:02 AM.
