What Chad Waterbury program would be great following my current SOB training ?

    The question is the title

I know there's a link between his workout and I'm wondering what size & strength program would be good after my SOB training.

    Thank you all !

I don't know how quick you could get an answer but you could ask him yourself...

I know he has a sequence he suggests, I think he talks about it in the article right before his high frequency system. I don't know where SOB falls in that.

For what it is worth, I just got through ~3 months of the Waterbury Method and loved it. It might work well as a follow up for you. It uses 10x3 for 3 core lifts 3 days a week followed with some pairings at 4x6.

I did the Art of Waterbury after SOB training. I know he has suggestions, but I don't think there is any hard fast rule.

Strength and size. I'm more into powerlifting style, but I have many injuries so I need to recover. I really like Chad Waterbury's programs because they match strength, power, speed, endurance and size.

Just wondering if there's a good progression following the SOB program.

I know it may sound absurd but TTT would be really hard on a logistic point of view. I mean my gym has 3 floors and running from the squat rack to the chin station is a workout in itself ! There's also no way to box squat in my gym (only sitting on a normal bench and it's not even 90 degrees).

His SOB training isnt a bad program. If the program is still working for you why not continue it? Or inless you are just wanting a change overall.

I have a strength hypertrophy program published here. Id work with you and help you make some adjustments to help with your powerlifting background.
