    Exclamation How bad are cheese curds for you

    non breaded/fried curds i know the casien protein is good but what about the fat is it very bad fat. i can only eat so much cottage cheese wodering if this is an acceptable alternatative and if so when chould they be eaten


    couldnt find a single thread strictly on cheese curds.

    They're way okay to eat broseph. I do the same thing with string cheese, probably 10 a day. The fats are real healthy, has calcium and protein. Not sure how your metabolism is but if you can handle it, do it. Way better tasting than cc...

    i think my metabolism is pretty quick, im just a little paranoid about what i eat cause i dont have the best 6pack even though bf% is at about 8
