What can I attach to Power Rack for situps?

I have a very small home gym. Its a room that is maybe 15x15, Powertec Power Rack w/ Lat and Leg attachments, treadmill, and some open space to the side of the power rack for doing barbell work.

I am looking for something I could maybe attach to the rack, similar to those things that attach to doors, to help in holding my feet for situps. Has anyone seen anything like this?

^^This. But, imho the best way to do sit ups and weighted sit ups is without anything holding your feet.

At some point you do need something to hold you down otherwise it turns out sort of like lat pull downs without anything holding you down.

Depending on how low your safeties go they might be an option. Dumbbells work too.

OT but can you post a pic or two of your gym? I'm in the process of setting up the same size room so I'm very curious to see how the equipment fits.

I enjoy good old fashion sit ups, No additional equipment needed, find some room on the floor and do them. put some dumbbells on your feet.

It's amazing what some used climbing rope and a few carabiners can do in a power rack.

If you're doing heavy weight or if you have a big belly or if you are too weak to do a situp, blocking your feet might be necessary. I'm sure you don't need any splainin' trimble006 but there are plenty of folks that can't do any situps unless they block their feet because their abs aren't strong enough or they are so overweight.

I'd be far more impressed to see these guys do situps without their feet blocked and without any weight.... and without using their quads and upper body to pull themselves up. I'm not sure they could even do 12.

sit ups aren't the greatest thing in the grand scheme of abdominal work. you have the pullup bar, so you could try doing hanging leg raises...maybe get some ab straps to hang from them. no extra space needed.

    True dat.

And for lots of folks, diet is also important if they want to be able to see those abs that they're building.

Don't do Situps. With your feet held, they become much more of a hip flexor exercise than an abdominal exercise.

Crunches, with your feet up on a bench, or whatever, and your knees at 90 degrees, FTW.
    No brain, no gain.
