.... He's 49 yes and for 49 he looks amazing... How old is dexter? Tony freeman?? that's all I say to the age comment..... As for recovering from surgery.... you see guys like zack khan... branch looking like that after surgery? Even jay? or let's throw in victor.. He's been away from food... Supps and the gym for 7 months.... My point is..... Ronnie is dead, he will never come back, he has lost so so much muscle, his skin is sagging like my balls after a hot shower

I had to turn off the audio. I couldn't stand the pity cheers for Ronnie.
We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.

Ronnie there's a reason that other retired pros such as Flex Wheeler, Shawn Ray, Rich Gaspari, Dorian Yates, etc don't get up and pose anymore.

Dexter, Tony, zack, branch, jay and victor are all still competitive bodybuilders, they all still live bodybuilding day in day out. Ronnie has other ventures in his life, im 100% certain he's not as focused on it anymore. Even after recovery while ronnie will probably take time off from training, branch and co will still do everything in their power to be their best as they need to be, ronnie doesnt need to be anything, he has already won 8 olympias.

Ronnie's biggest onstage showing that I know of was at 304lbs (not super shredded but still in good shape). ANYBODY that has ever been that size will have saggy skin after relatively rapid weight loss. His skin will probably look better in the future, but he's basically deflated now. His chest looks weird because his upper chest thickness is long gone.
Idk what the big deal is. He's retired and not doing the Masters comps. He's posing because people are still paying him to do it. What do you think Kai will be doing in 20 years. The guy is a good poser.

Not splitting hairs but he is 48 (DOB 13th May 1964)
Its not about being a pro bodybuilder anymore he is past that, He is doing the rounds promoting his own line of supps. I agree with your "he will never come back" comment as he said himself when I was talking to him on Sunday he doesn't want to come back.
Its about making money with his supps now.Instagram - @dazlittle123
