**Now here is the deal...we will either give you a 4 lb of what ever flavor you want OR we will give you a 2 lb of a "flavor" and 2 lb of neutral. We are doing this because some people like to mix K-lyn in with a whey shake, and obviously the neutral can go with any flavor powder.

Now remember...K-lyn can be utilized pre/intra/post. 4 lbs has 40 servings, which will allow you to use 2 servings per day over 20 workout days. We want to run these logs for 4-6 weeks tops, so you should be covered.

Personally I use 1/2 scoop with my whey pre-workout, 1/2 scoop intra-workout with BCAA's, etc, and a full scoop post workout with my whey. I use it only on days I train, and I do 4 weekly workouts. Thus, a 4 lb can lasts me about 5 weeks.

With Karbolyn we are mostly looking for positive effects your actual workouts (better energy, performace, pumps) and your recovery FROM your workouts. Plus of course we want you to enjoy the taste, mixibility and lack of stomach issues.
