i been having bad wrists when doing arms after back days, now i changed it to chest on monday and can curl on tuesday but my triceps are aching again, urgh!
heres last night as a warm up, 15 mins of warming up forearms n some reverse curls then 135lbs curls

Niners are just so complete, near impossible to beat when they got there A game on. I just hate Jim Harbaugh. I'm a Bears fan and that guy was a bad mojo for their locker room when he was the QB. He was just a big a distraction as TO was to the Niners.

Harbaugh's the type of guy that will inspire your club, turn it around, maybe win you a few championships, and then possibly wear out his welcome. He's a great coach - look at his track record! - but he's never been at a place long enough to judge him on longevity.
