Someone should find something about cardio not being an efficient way to lose weight. I can't find it now, but a while back I was reading a study that showed people who jogged more, gained more weight. They all ate a ton more than people who didn't run. I know it's not a direct correlation, but it was a good read.

That isn't really a scientific premise.
Weight loss is caloric intake vs caloric expenditure, it's just people don't seem to understand cardiovascular exercise is a VERY inefficient way to manipulate caloric levels and people overestimate their expenditure = excessive eating = caloric surplus = weight gain.

Heres a not-so-common misconception, but its actually true:
Eating 2000 Calories under your maintenance will actually make you gain body tissue (gain weight).

But guyz!! Ur forgetting something HUGE!!!! And I'm srs too...but ever since I tried cell-tech ive seen massive and I mean MASSIVE results!! I raised my bench press at an average of 43lbs a day! I've seen a 8400% increase in mass and a 460% increase in strength after every single workout! Just 3 scoops with breakfast, a scoop or six with my nano vapor, 2 scoops post workout along with a 2lb tub of nitro tech, and 3 scoops before bed can increase your mass gained by 56% more than a professional HGH/test cycle! It's also backed by real science on the muscletech website !

Does time of consumption for creatine matter? Or is it the same as the "After work-out shake myth"?
Look me in the eye. It's okay if you are scared, so am I, but we are scared for different reasons. I am scared of what I willn't become, you are scared of what I could become. Look at me! I will not let myself end where I started, I will not let myself finish where I begin. I know what is within me, even if you can't see it yet. Look me in the eyes, I have something more important than courage, I have patience. I will become what I know I am.

As Don said, it's the same.
I don't have an article on this one though I'm afraid.
People go on and on about creatine uptake etc. about spiking insulin to promote creatine uptake, taking it at certain times while forgetting that the aim of creatine supplementation is to reach saturation. Once you're at that point, some minute difference in uptake (if there is any) will have absolutely no effect.
