You gotta replace your chicken and tuna with fatty meats like salmon and beef! That'll add a bunch of cals.

Chuck steak with sauteed vegetables and rice is a fantastic way to get a bunch of cals in one meal... in fact, chuck steak with anything is good - and it's MUCH cheaper than sirloin or tenderloin.

The best bulking meals are the ones that hit your daily macronutrient intake that provides a good surplus. Names of food don't quite matter in the grand scheme of macros.

But, my favorite meals that are tasty and enjoyable are:

    - Peanut butter & Jelly sandwiches
    - Beans & Eggs
    - SPAGHETTI! with that red meat sauce.

It's more because of the fact that I need some good variations since i'm mostly eating the same every day and it gets quite boring haha

they're good tasting and great to eat, but if you're looking for high cals, they're not the best. (chicken with the skin is high cal, though)

Im looking for meals high in micronutrients though, and since chicken and tuna are some high protein foods. Why cut them out? I do agree with the fact that you can switch between them, to keep your meals variated.
