You gotta replace your chicken and tuna with fatty meats like salmon and beef! That'll add a bunch of cals.
Chuck steak with sauteed vegetables and rice is a fantastic way to get a bunch of cals in one meal... in fact, chuck steak with anything is good - and it's MUCH cheaper than sirloin or tenderloin. The first known contraceptive was crocodile dung, used by Egyptians in 2000 B.C.

The best bulking meals are the ones that hit your daily macronutrient intake that provides a good surplus. Names of food don't quite matter in the grand scheme of macros.
But, my favorite meals that are tasty and enjoyable are:
- Peanut butter & Jelly sandwiches
- Beans & Eggs
- SPAGHETTI! with that red meat sauce."EAT, LIFT, SLEEP, REPEAT"

No brain, no gain.
"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon
