    I want to increase every lift. I want to hit certain plates in bench,squat and deadlift. I want to max out on any machine like leg curl and seated calf raises, I want to max out my gyms dumbells in bench and seated press(eventually).

    If I had to pick one though, preacher curls lol. I have been doing the same weight for a little and its a struggle to increase it. Plus my upper arm is only 14" while my neck is 16" and calves 16". So increasing my curls would help with symmetry.

    I would love my deadlifts of 250x 10 be 250 x 20 and build serious body mass and endurance there for legit hard muscle.

    I would love for wide grip pull-ups too. Def a weak point don't have the jump up n rep out 15 with ease.

    For me Deadlift, I just started doing it but I LOVE IT! Makes you feel like a beast locking out the weight. The most I have done is 315x10 and 405x3, ganna start climbing. My goal is by end of the next semester to reach the 1,000lb club!

    yeah we all would love to max it all out but on the preacher curls have you mixed up doing dumbbells and using a bar?? hit them different??

    and I've stopped those and do spider curls...love the feeling so much more, more pump, more bicep activating, and less stress on the elbows.

    last year my goal was 300....i was 285 for 3 and a month ahead of schedule and through out my right side....so now its reps slowly with good form and squeezing and slowly move up. the safe way.

    but i have been noticing how the thickness of my legs and back has improved overall with the better reps and higher reps.

    Working back up slowly in the 300's.....did a easy 315x1 today. I go for a 10lb increase every week until I hit that wall and thats when $hit gets real! Last year I hit 350lbs for a easy.....now Im just working my way back up and shooting for that 400!

    Nice man!! Keep at it!! I'm pushing for 300. Mines slowly gaining during my current bulk, got 275 pretty easy monday after going to failure and then some with help on 260.

    Mahalo brah! U got that 300 easy.....I remember hitting my first 300 and it was pretty sweet. Technique, practice, and other little things can make a big difference in ur bench. If u need any pointers, let me know. I dont know everything or claim to, but I can tell you tips that worked for me.

    Would love to bench 350 (315 now), hang clean 275, and would love to just squat in general again. Almost done recovering from a back injury, scared to put heavy weight on it too soon. Was squatting 405x5.

    thats true. I had a hernia and had to stop working out for a while after I had surgery to repair it. I'm back up to benching 225 for 12 reps the other day and I only weigh 150.
