I want to increase every lift. I want to hit certain plates in bench,squat and deadlift. I want to max out on any machine like leg curl and seated calf raises, I want to max out my gyms dumbells in bench and seated press(eventually).
If I had to pick one though, preacher curls lol. I have been doing the same weight for a little and its a struggle to increase it. Plus my upper arm is only 14" while my neck is 16" and calves 16". So increasing my curls would help with symmetry.

last year my goal was 300....i was 285 for 3 and a month ahead of schedule and through out my right side....so now its reps slowly with good form and squeezing and slowly move up. the safe way.
but i have been noticing how the thickness of my legs and back has improved overall with the better reps and higher reps.

Mahalo brah! U got that 300 easy.....I remember hitting my first 300 and it was pretty sweet. Technique, practice, and other little things can make a big difference in ur bench. If u need any pointers, let me know. I dont know everything or claim to, but I can tell you tips that worked for me.

Would love to bench 350 (315 now), hang clean 275, and would love to just squat in general again. Almost done recovering from a back injury, scared to put heavy weight on it too soon. Was squatting 405x5.
