Thank you! I'm trying!
Hahaha! Yeah, it's not liking the lack of sleep + too much beer + pizza two nights in a row. lol!
I do love it actually- it's much easier to stick to a diet plan when you're bringing your own lunches/snacks and can't eat anything else. lol!
I think I'll be ok- takes a while to figure out what works! It's always a bonus knowing what's going on ahead of time, too!
Vids- Lori's too puffy! Hair pics- Lori's too lazy to blow dry hair. Haha! Was going to put it in braids while it's wet and go for the wavy look tomorrow But you'll see it in my vids this week- I'm going with pretty much the same color so it'll look pretty similar!
I'm excited! We'll both be tired at work the next day- but it'll be worth it!
Not too bad- my after diet/back to maintenance weight back in NL was 123 the last time I was 121lbs, then taking into account the beers and pizza on Friday night.....I'm thinking I'm really not doing too bad! I've only been eating a strict 2000 cals all week, and about 2400 on Friday and Saturday. My average burn lately is 2398 since I still do a lot of walking everyday. Just planning on upping strength and trying to maintain, but if I gain a little more I'm not too worried as long as my clothes still fit. Enough time to worry about chub after chirstmas!

Hahah too funny about the bracket key. Looks like you know what type of environment you thrive in...maybe you should start looking in the secretarial direction and not just or maybe they'll remember you and miss you too and ask for you back! Energy is up? Must be the candy...

Hi Lori Glad you like your job, but too bad it's coming to an end If they can't keep you on, maybe they'll write a letter of recommendation for you and you can use them as a reference.
Amazing workout, as usual!!Caring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

Thank you!
Right now I'm working with an awesome company called Sandvine. It's just a temporary thing though- I'm just filling in for someone for a week. I got the job through a hiring agency so most of the jobs I'll be getting this year will be temporary ones. I like it though- I'm trying to get lots of experience/soup up my resume so I can get a better/consistent job, rather than something crap. Hard to get a good paying office type job with no experience! But I graduated with business adminstration so I'm working towards that.Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Hey guys! No workout today- too tired and sore! Just waiting on the burgers and fries we're having for supper! Then I'm going to relax with Stephen for a while (he's doing a workout right now! So proud!) pop in the shower and wash my hair, and then snuggle and sleep! lol! Machine head/dethklok concert tomorrow right after work but we're really not looking forward to losing more sleep. So not sure if we're going....we're going to try to get out of it but Andrew really wants us to go
Oh! I have another job! It starts on Friday. lol! No sleeping in on Friday afterall It's at Conestoga Rovers and Associates. In an office. Still waiting to hear back on more details Yay! This one is for 2.5 months so I get to be employed over Christmas! Actually, I'm pretty freaking happy right now! Sightly less paying than the job I'm at now, but I'll take it! Oh, the bus ride's a little longer too. This one where I am now is 25 minutes. The next one may be closer to 40. Which means earlier rises and later workouts! But I like it, I just waste time in the evenings anyway, and having weekends off is sweet
Anyway, I'm going to go take care of supper and stuff. So tired of looking at a computer screen! I did catch up with you all today though. Swooshie- feels like I haven't posted in your journal in forever but I am reading it and you look awesome, as always! So sorry! And I'm glad P didn't actually quit on workouts- just on life (I do that all the time) and Ham had a sick shoulder workout, I AM reading, I swear!
Be back tomorrow with a workout if we don't go to the concert!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Yay for a longer job! Knowing that you will have income coming for a while must be nice Building up that there experience for a future permanent job.
I was going to workout tonight too, but alas I ate raviolis and French bread instead lol.
It's funny there's a concert that coming to town, Halestorm and In This Moment, that both hubby and I wanted to see, but it was in the middle of the week so we decided that it wouldn't be worth him being tired at work. Now he's laid off and has plenty of time to do whatever lol. I say if its worth it to go do it!If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Hey guys! Thanks so much! I'm a little worried about getting there everyday- it's a good 40 minute bus ride + changing buses and going for another ride + starts at 8:00am, so it may be a bit much. Brutal enough already- I seem to have contracted another head cold damn. No workout or concert yesterday- just rest and sleep. And The Walking Dead Geeze. If I'm feeling a bit better today I may get vertical push/pull in, but my back/lats are still ridiculously sore from the last workout I did. Definitely quads on Friday though. ANyway, just a quick pop in before work! Going to read your journals during the day again! Oh and Boomer- if you visit you look ridiculously amazing. Super jelly of hams!

Nobody likes a turkey today Well, I'm going to do a workout of epic proportions later today, so maybe that'll entertain you all! Tomorrow after work we're going to the mall, and Saturday I think we're going to move into that apartment upstairs ( ) so I may combine quads with vertical push pull today since I may only get one more workout in before Sunday! I'm thinking of 2 exercises each- zerchers (heavy + high rep set) deficit RDL (light...maybe...still sore! May do box squats instead...or sissy squats for quads and leave hammies out) military presses (heavy) Upright rows (moderate) Pull-ups (maybe) Something like that We shall see
