I have a lot of fat around my lower abdominal section, any suggestions on some exercises to get rid of it(in addition to crunches)?

you cannot tell your body where to get fuel from. cardio and diet is the key keep your heart rate acellerated for a long period of time. burn more calories than you eat .you naturally burn about 2000 calories a day. use cardio to add more calories to that burn. strength training helps too because they provide after burn. your body will naturally burn more calories repairing muscle .3600 calories is equivalent to 1 pound of fat . drop your calorie intake but do not try to starve yourself your body will panic in start storing calories. good luck man I see great progress in your future

Burn more calories than you consume. Don't just guess calories and macros, actually calculate and know what you're putting into your body and calculate what you burn. It's going to be a long road for you but you can do it, just have to be strict with yourself and tough it out, good luck man.
