natty brah checking in.
Agree with OP.
I also think people underestimate how quickly a natty can reach his ultimate limit. If you truly dedicate yourself to it, you are gonna exhaust your potential a lot quicker than you would think.

This thread is full of delusional *******s, the ignorants and people who actually lift - be it natty or on the bike.
I am a natty lifter. Been lifting for years. I can definitely say that most pics ITT are not natty. You got to be kidding.
In B4 somebody claims it's all down to diet and genetics"The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. They are ruthless and you need to spend some more time in the gutter to even begin trying to comprehend what goes on in their minds."

I've always wondered if you can truly reach your natty limit before your in your mid to late 30's. That seems to be when your at the peak of your muscular development. If you compare it to bodybuilders, they usually gain most of their size (even if they've been on the bike for 10+ years) when their in their 30's.

so much truth. i still remember standing in the bathroom staring at the needle for 20 minutes thinking "do i really really really wanna do this?" lol.
yes. strength gains are generally more noticable from more androgenic steroids(meaning the ones with greater affinity for the androgen receptor). the higher the androgenicity of the steroid, the more activity it has in your CNS. the CNS is what recruits muscle fibers and builds synapses that do so. higher androgens=greater and more powerful synapses.
halotestin, trenbolone, mibelerone(cheque drops), anavar, etc are great for strength gains and you wont necessarily gain a whole lot of mass. these also cannot be metabolized by the aromatase enzyme which means there is no conversion to esrogen and thus no increase in water weight.
i also wanna note that your naturally occurring DHT plays a part in natty strength gains but virtually none in mass gains because it is a reduced version of test(no 4-5 double bond) which means that it is rapidly metabolized by the enzyme 5-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase(very high levels of this is muscle tissue. not in neurons).

money shot is right. you are making it a bit too complicated. however the person with more sensitive androgen receptors will have a better response. the number of ARs doesnt really matter much because all AAS increase AS count.
you have higher igf-1 when you are younger which is why as guys get older they usually start using HGH.

What I've accomplished in just over 2 years of lifting naturally..
I honestly think that its VERY possible to achieve an incredible physique naturally. All the whiners need to realize that there is only a certain level of mass that IS achievable naturally. However it is not just mass that makes a bodybuilder. More than anything it is an equilibrium of Mass, symmetry, leanness, and also to an extent genetics. Not everyone can achieve their idea of a perfect physique. But everyone can sure as hell build a damn better body than they have now.Last edited by Mikesullyy; 07-19-2012 at 07:39 AM.

You can achieve a great physique naturally yes, and yes you have gotten good results, but you will find now that your great gains from whatever you started at are about to drastically slow down now. The difference between this 2 year progress and your 4 year progress will not be nearly as big as it was from before lifting to 2 years of lifting. Every year it will get worse and worse.
You're also under perfect lighting in those pics and probably have a pumpWeighted pullups = 195 lbs x1
Weighted dips = 225 lbs x2
Squat = 405 x2

No pump. Taken 4 hours after workout as I do every 4 weeks. Also, I'm not worried about my gains getting worse. Not right away. I'm seeing gains much faster now than when I first started because I've only been properly following a program for 5 weeks. Before I made up my own and they were inferior to a large degree. Also I actually pay attention to my diet now. I feel that my results are faster than they were a year ago.

Generally I feel that my pump after 4 hours of working and after 12 hours are working out are pretty close to the same. I feel like if I lift every day I always retain a bit of a pump. I just entered my wrist-7, ankle - 10, and height 6'0, into a natural calculator and it says my max potential is 213 pounds, 49.6' chest, 17 'arms, 13.6' forearms, 16.7' neck, 27' quads, and 18.2' calves. Honestly if that is truly my limit I am VERY happy with that whether I reach that in 5 years or 20.
