Donkey calf - 110x8x20
CARDIO:
20mins on the tread and 25 on the bike
THOUGHTS:
Felt good this workout, I did workout on Xmas, did chest and bi's, light weight high rep stuff, Lean EFX refined had me pumped and had to do something, gym was closed..
Cut is going great, I did cheat on Xmas and took in a movie, motivation is high and goals are set for 2013!!
The music..went with old school rap!

Workout felt great, numbers are still going up..Cut is going great! Still have a pinched nerve issue but it's healing just taking it's time..Working out in the morning to makeup for Tues.
I get another cheat day for my workout partners bday party...Looking forward to some drinks!!

This was a tough workout as we just did heavy back but was able to get through it.
