Just a quick question, as I'm trying to calculate my macros.

Im currently trying to understand what kind of category I would fit into in terms of activity.

Currently cause I'm on uni holidays and saving for cash to go overseas for a bit :P my week/ daily acitivies =

-30 minute walk with my dog in the morning/ 3days a week
    - I work in a warehouse so im consistently standing and walking, lifting up items anywhere from 1kg - 20kg's. /5 days a week
    - I lift weights but for only 45-1hr minutes (6days a week)
-12-15 minutes HIIT - 3 days a week/ all other days would be another 30minute brisk walk

When its uni, It's basically would do the same but id probably only work 2 days a week.

Would I be considered to be a very active person were my daily calorie intake to maintain would be around 3000?

    Just other info I'm 159cm (round 5'2'), 74kgs (162lbs) & aged 20 if relevant.

Any info would be much appreciated! Thank you!

The calculators will just give you a starting point to work with. Just plug in the moderate value and adjust based on your results in a few weeks.
