Hey everyone, I just registered and I'm glad to finally be on this site. I've been doing some minor training for 4 months or so through body weight exercises but I only started going to the gym about a month back. Progress has been slow because of time constraints and an improper diet but at the very least it's happening and I can see some gains now. Current goals are to get huge and strong as fuark so if there's anyone here who can give me some advice with that stuff feel free to add me. Need some friends here.
