Stag and Doe..I think its also called a Jack and Jill in some parts of the world......a party to raise money for the bride and groom's wedding.... :-) drinks, games prizes etc...Paul was the bartender since its his brother getting married...wish I had taken a pic of him working the bar...he almost looked like he knew what he was doing..lol

thanks guys...we are both technically in bulk mode....this is supposed to be the time to get a little fat and put on some muscle...I dont know why we are both still so lean...eating ice cream, popcorn and chocolate cheerios every day..not even counting cals. right now just estimating things(gotta be pushing 3000 cals/day)....lol...I had no idea my back was still that lean until she took the pic to show me...you should see Stacey when she is leaner...abs and chest striations that make me proud. :-)

thanks mang..yeah I heard that guys like Nunez stay pretty shredded all year round...its crazy because I still get quad veins when I wake up in the morning and its like nearly 7 months since my last show..the strength keeps going up in the gym but the weight is moving much slower despite my best eating efforts...

thanks mang..yes I do consider myself very lucky to have her for countless reasons... ;-)
the routine is based around squatting 3x week..which means the entire legs get smashed 3 x week..inc. hammies and calves following the same rep. scheme.
Day 1; Legs-3x6-8 reps,
Day 2; heavy chest/shoulders,
Day 3; (legs) 3 x 15 reps,
Day 4-heavy back/arms,
Day 5 legs-5,3,1
Day 6- OFF
Day 7-Light chest/shoulders
Day 8; Legs 3x6-8
Day 9; Light back/arms then repeat cycle

for squats 3 working sets..not including all the warm up sets...and the weights increase on all three working sets...yesterday for example was 3x6-8 day so 1st set was 320 x 8, second was 340x8 and last was 380x8...then there was 3 sets of single-leg press, 3 sets extensions, 1 set of hack squats then hammies and calves...leg days are the longest.. :-)
