"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

Lets say you are taking a protein shake that gives you say a 100 grams of protein per serving....would it be better to take all that protein all at once? or split it into four servings, Which would make it easier for yr body to utilise in the shortest time..
Because from what ive learned taking 100 grams of protein in one go is not beneficial as the body will take in what it can utilise and the rest will be wasted, In other words you would be throwing away yr money?

Can you please explain what "meal" means in a time frame? So if I'm 110 pounds I can use 30 grams of protein per meal right? If I'm 300 pounds I can STILL only utilize 30 grams of protein per meal right? There isn't much information out there on digestion rates as far as I know and how fast different bodies digest whatever.

I didnt really look at it from that point of view,,Maybe you have a point.
With the body weight thing...I assumed that the 30 gram marker was a standard for every body type. Maybe it is maybe it isnt. But I was given this info a few weeks back when I was purchasing some supplements. The guy was very informative and advised me not to take the 50 grams of protein my shake offered all in on go...he advised me to split it into smaller servings...as what the body doesnt use will be wasted.
Also not always to follow what the manufacturer says on the carton because basically they want you to finish it and buy more.
