    6 month progress pics! Gained 35lb! (170-205)

    Alright guys, I've been hitting the weights super-hard the past half year. I went on a bulk using Vince Delmonte's "Bulk without Getting Fat" guide:

    I think I've gained a fantastic amount of muscle mass. Sure, there is a tiny bit of fat gain, but that's inevitable.

    I think the thing that helped me most throughout this bulk was supplementation. I used:

    -creatine
    -whey
    -fish oil
    -glutamine

    I think the best supplement of all, though, was the combo of creatine.. I started using it after about 2 months of gaining only ~5lb's, and after I gained 30 more pounds in 4 months!

    After browsing through the bodybuilding.com main articles, I settled on using "MuscleTech Cell-Tech Hardcore". It was the "featured product" for a while, so I ended up buying it.. the taste was great, and it really helped me gain the muscle mass!

    You're meant to gain a maximum of 1lbs/week. You gained 30lbs in 16 weeks, you got fat...

    Cut now and learn from this mistake, yes you gained some muscle but you put on way too much fat.

    gained fat way too quickly, as said learn from it. 1-2lbs a month is plenty. after a certain point, more food is just going to end up adding fat.

    here's what I put up last weeK (all to failure):

    DB bench: 2 sets of 5 at 55lb dumbbells
    deadlift: 3 sets of 5 at 230lb
    squat: 2 sets of 4, 180lb

    wtf man ur body looks like u don't even lift at all. U must be really weak or have the worst genetics ever or possibly both. Maybe i'm being a bit harsh but the truth makes u stronger in the end. Goodluck with ur cut and train hard to get strong and better luck next time with ur bulking attempts.

    i mean i have kinda ****e genetics i was fat all the time used to be such a fat little kid.. but i found this site and started working hard..

    yea join date is earlier but i wasn't really working out for the first couple years other than just to lose fat (i was super, super fat)

    i started eating about ~2,800 calories a day, but after 2 months I wasn't gaining nearly enough and went up to 4,300 a day

    I dont care what you guys say I think i gained a lot of musscle. Sure some of it is fat, but it's only minimal and plus when I cut down i'll look better. I'm going up to 230lb's before I cut, so I can be huge when i'm lean

    why did you do such a drastic up in calories?

    Don't eat more just so you can jizz in your pants when you see the scale move foward. Use the mirror every now and then...
