I hate to say it, but I'll probably be in on this. I had originally thought that at 185 lbs I'd be done cutting. This morning I weighed in at 179 and now I feel like I could lose at least another 5 lbs, though 10 is probably more realistic to start hitting the "visible abs" range.
Anyway, count me in, and wish me luck on dropping out voluntarily well before April 1st.

How's everyone holding up? Anyone preparing some tricks to weather the Christmas party/day food damage?
My week has gone fairly well but I'm starting to think I just tend to hold water weight from Wed-Sat. Seems like my scale weight goes up during those days before heading back down and bottoming out each Tuesday. Kind of strange but it just seems to be my body's cycle.May 1 - July 31 Transformation
