There are no doctors dispensing medical advice in this forum that I'm aware of. If you think your doc is an 'idiot,' you need a new doc.
Again, if you have a diagnosed medical condition, get a qualified doctor's opinion on anything you intend to use.
Good luck in meeting your goals. No brain, no gain.

I have thyroid cancer and had my thyroid removed almost a year ago and my doctor says dont take anything with stimulants which is almost every pre-workout supp and fat burner. I take an all natural green tea supp. the brand is Irwin Naturals, system-six with xenedrol, High-performance weight loss support for men. My doctor said that was alright, maybe check that out? google it and see what you think, good luck

Like the others said, run it by your doc.
I'm not sure how many "supplements" are on there, but you can always try a drug interactions website.

I was trying to be funny because the gist of the thread that we O-35 misc'ers are less idiotic with medical advice than a trained doctor. lol New here?
I know, not very helpful. So luckily others here tried to help ya out!
BTW, I've lost 70 lbs through proper nutrition and lots of bodyweight exercises plus HIIT. I don't take any bogus fat-burning stuff that might make my ticker explode. My only supps are protein powders and BCAAs. And I take Atenolol and Losartan for my BP as I work toward someday not needing them anymore.I'm Batman.
Okay, I'm not.
Here's a frog.

Phentermine = stimulant = blood pressure gain. Its an appetite suppressant but raises BP slightly.
Sorry to tell you the best fat loss supplement is cardio and calorie control. Walk or bike or swimming. I'm on blood pressure medication & thats my regimen, fat loss will reduce high blood pressure in most cases.* ÊÇɹɔ ÇıssnÉ *

No comment on the extra arguments. But baby aspirin will help lower bp. Also, try getting on a regimen of 10 grams of Omega 3 from fish oil a day. I take 10 pills a day of fish oil that have 980 mg of Omega 3 each. You will loose a lot of fat with very high levels of Omega 3. Also, cheyenne pepper on everything if you can handle the heat.
Qualify as a Bar-barian by Fall 2011.
Physical requirements include:
1. 5 Muscle Ups
2. 45 Dips
3. 25 Pull-ups
4. 55 Push Ups
5. and 5 Muscle Ups, within 6 mins.

I have high blood pressure too and I tried to lower it with exercise and diet. Unfortunately I have to stay on them. I think a mild stimulant in the morning is ok. I drink pro sculpt from GNC, and it gives me a great cardio burn, no jitters and helps kill the appetite. I have the appetite of a wilderbeast....crack pills dont do shiz for me. Oh, and I am a chic 130 lbs...5'2".
