    It depends how strong you are.

    For 15 reps, I would say 25lbs is reasonable?

    I'd say focus on the big 3 compounds though - squats, deadlifts, bench

    dont worry about how much you can bicep curl...there are more important lifts you should be focusing on for gaining mass...not just your biceps
