I have tried both and have seen good results with both products. Definitely get more bang for your buck with c4 though. What are your thoughts on these two products?

Depends. C4 gives you that really stimulated (cracked out) feeling, while assault is a little more mild. Assault offers 5g of creatine so no need for an extra supp. IMO assault all the way. Better formula and less crazy stim feeling but it's up to youOriginally Posted by Vortec

C4 is crazy strong feeling but it has 1,3 D check more on it, it has some side effects to it.

I had some solid workouts with C4, but like many of you said about the crazy stimmed out feeling, I just couldn't see myself using this product for the long term. I am a huge fan of Assault and for people who haven't tried out the new version I highly suggest you give it a try! The addition of BCAA's and Astragin for better nutrient utilization contribute even more to its success as one of the best pre workouts on the market and it has received great feedback.

The New Assault is legit. No crash like I had on c4 and has ingredients that actually help with performance and strength.

Cant go wrong with either- C4's value is incredible, and the formula for the new Assault is top-notch (except for the pump aspect). Use both. win.

I've always got a crazy pump from Assault, and the new version only added to this. I feel if your not getting a solid pump in the gym I usually attribute it to a couple factors. One, your pre workout nutrition and overall nutrition for the day up until your workout and two, your hydration level and making sure you are drinking plenty of fluids throughout the course of your workout.Originally Posted by aj5forlife

I have been on Assault off an on for awhile. The new formula is by far the best pre-workout currently that I have tried. I reently tried th enew version of c-4 since it does not have the 1-3 but it literally did nothing for me, however a few of my buddys loved the c-4 version with 1-3 dim in it.

I like the C4 for when Im going to ride my bike on the trails. Not really for hitting the wieghts. I guess I will try the new assault since everyone is liking it.

I've done Jack3d, NO Xplode, and SuperPump...
I can honestly say that Assault is way better, hands down.

Th old C4 was good but the new one is terrible without the 1-3 dim.
Assault on the other hand is a great product if your looking for a non 1-3im pre-workout.
