Your answer sucks though but is half correct. You may have a hormonal imbalance preventing the growth. To see if this is correct you need a medical doctor and not a supplement. Secondly some don't grow full beards until late 20's-30's. Lastly you may just be SOL and just deal with the hand you been delt. Last but not least use a Sharpie and draw yourself a beard.

My facial hair sucks above my jawline and below my ears
On a side note, if anyone out there shaves daily or EOD, do you get crazy ingrown hairs on/in your neck? If I shave everyday, I will have about 50 ingrown hairs to pull out from my neck in a few days (serious); if it's EOD, I have maybe 15-20. Anyone with suggestions? This just started happening and I don't know why.... I haven't changed shave gel's, razors (brand i mean), or face scrub ****.

I would make a joke about mega-dosing cheque drops and test-e but I think the OP would think I am giga serious and try it.

Ever heard of f*cking genetics (Dad and Mom)? Hormonal imbalance? So the fact that my father is not a hairy bastard, nor is his father, isn't the primary cause as to why I can't grow a beard? I must have a hormonal imbalance.
Not that I'd want one anyway, shaving sucks!

I hear some people have success with Rogaine, even though the product advises you not to use it in that manner. I imagine a moderate dose of Test would work though you probably need to use it for months on end. Of course you could permanently screw up your HTPA axis so perhaps not a good idea.
Yes, there is indeed a deeper component to it all.

I thought this was apparent I was talking about genetics but next time I will specifically state what I feel is obvious. Oh and yes hormonal imbalances can cause reduced beard growth along with a host of others. I do agree more than likely its just the cards he was dealt and has to deal with it.

Oxandrolone is the most common substance used to induce puberty in kids suffering from delayed onset. I'd imagine at your age any type of test could be used, b/c you don't have to worry about the conversion to estrogen and shutting of growth plates. I would highly advise you to see a doctor though.
