CONTEST: Bros vs the RCSS head office. Powerlifters get in here! Reps also welcome

Our forum boss, RCSSdirector, is a bit of a powerlifter. He put on the All American flag pants and went big with a 1675 lbs total, at a bodyweight of 213.5 lbs.





So he is throwing down a challenge to the entire BB.com Forum- beat him.
Using the formula of (3 combined lifts- bench, squat, deadlift) divided by bodyweight he got a score of 7.84. And since this is a contest, Co Reps are encouraged to enter.


So what you need to do: make a vid, weigh in, and hit each lift with good PL form. NEEDS TO BE A NEW VIDEO- comment on each lift its for the contest. Gimme a 'Yeah buddy'.
Top 3 entries win 3 product stacks from RCSS and a little SWAG gear. Stacks- your choice of product (except the 15lb gainer).

I'm fairly sure we can offer a little extra for the first few vids posted- something like a shirt and maybe samples.

Aaaand good entries will be repped by me, and hopefully a mod (maybe 2).

Aaaaand if you ask nice, perhaps we can get Big Ron himself here to comment and say hi.

Again: this is scored on your NEW videos with good form, using the total divided by bodyweight. THAT number determines score.

Are women allowed to join this promo? Will there be a seperate prize awarded to female lifters? I can't possibly hope to compare to most of the contestants in this thread, and I suppose wouldn't be too upset if the answer were no. I'm sure they've worked much harder for their gains than I have.

These videos are less than a week old. I'm more than willing to make an entirely new video for you as well if required, please say so.

Most of the journals I follow feature huge beasts with huge balls. I guess the only thing I got is a light body, but that means light lifts >.>

I think a lot of women are discouraged from these competitions because there's very rarely any that are explicitly open to us. I should have just stayed out when I saw the, "bros," in the title, lulz.

Could put up 7+ with meet standards, do the lifts need to be all the same day? Don't really wanna mess up my training cycle right now, but could hit all of these separate days.

I am going to give them a shot all on the same day. will probably only hit 95% on squat but for bench and deads I will try to go balls out. then just use the rest of the week for press and assistance work and take that deload on schedule

I wish I could say this was the competition I would finally rock that 600 pound deadlift on but right now I think I would be fairly lucky to pull 575 without visiting the ER

nah, I think I could beat Marshall on benchpress and possibly deadlift(although not by much) but he would smoke my ass on squats and he wouldnt even have to get into his working sets to do it
