Front Squat: (2 Second Negatives) ((10@70%))

+10 Pounds

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press: (3:2:1 3 Second Negative, 2 Second Pause, Explode up) **90 Seconds Rest**
65's x 10 (5 Sets)

1.5 Standing Overhead Press (Down to Chin and Up, Down to Chest and Up)
**45 Second Timed Set @ 40%)
65 x 45 Seconds Sets (5 Sets)

+5 Seconds

A1: Smith Machine Close Grip Bench Press: (2 Second Negative, 2 Second Pause, Explode up 2:2:0)
195 x 10 (5 Sets)

Its not easy, its more of a mental fight with the slower negatives. Sure you cant toss up as much weight, but it really challenges you to force yourself to keep all the weight and tension on your pecs

I'm sure it does contain stims. I just meant that Bob, who is sensitive to most products with stims, was not affected in a negative way by the product. I can't take most pre's but Novem didn't bother me a bit

I figured you meant something along those lines. Im also a bit sensitive to stims (1mr didn't do well for me, to much caffeine)

Some pre-workouts out there are up to 400mg caffeine, if had that much i would bounce off walls and get real jittery and crash.
200mg of caffine is a sweet spot
C4, Novem, Origin were all good, i like micro jack3d from USP labs too .. just some of the ones i had recently.

Yea 400mg would be the upper limit for most people in a single dose, beyond that you'll probably get crazy anxiety/headaches.

Ya C4 is a sweet spot for me. Love that stuff. I found 1MR gave me major headache and crash. I had a sample of the new Nano Vapour which I was trying out while im out of C4. It tastes pretty good and gave similar results to C4. (I know I know....Muscletech...)

1mr has 1.3 in it correct that was probably why also it's very heavy stim another potential reason

We all differ on tolerances I know a guy at my gym who uses 4-5 scoops c4 and feels nothing

Because of that you have made very lean gains and you maintained a pretty lean physique after your show, while still making great gains and most importantly living life and enjoying it. That's exactly the way it should be done.

jason Theobald knows my body to a T and a major reaosn for my success the last 3 years i have been with him. Hands down the best decision i have ever made. The guy is a guru and is a NO BS/Sugarcoat approach. He really tells it like it is, and we have tried everything and found carbs suit me best.

yes i am. only 4 days in , cant really comment much, a bit of hunger increase, but other than that give it time to settle in.
