Hey guys has anyone tried this before? I am about to start it tomorrow just curious on how I should eat for the first four days. It says 50 carbs or less, but how many meals am I suppose to eat? I am eating six meals now should I just eat the same but drop the carbs? for example:
8am
9 egg whites
11pm
protein shake
1pm
6 oz Chicken Breast
4pm
protein shake
7pm
6 oz chicken breast
10pm
Protein Shake (casein)
does this look good or would you suggest something else???

Ya bro your not going to get shredded in 6 days unless you have been dieting for a good while or already at a really low bf percentage, per say 5-6%, that looks like something someone would do for peak week before a show/photoshoot but I'd focus more in water intake, ex. 3 gallons, 2 gallons, 2 gallons, 1 gallon, 1/2 gallon, 8-10 ounces, no water day of shoot and carb the fawk up after a few days of carb depleting, keep your carbs low on those days around 30g, IMO that would be your best bet but like I said only if your really lean already.

Someone here made a interesting comment about how this will flatten you out... which is right probably... I think everyone (non bodybuilders) at one point or another have an event that is very important to them like a wedding or reunion that they want to really look jacked at....
so the question is if you are a few weeks away and want to get as lean as possible but time it right to keep your muscles looking full that particular day... what is the sequence of carbs, water etc....
btw.. obviously I know that you have to have been dieting working out etc... can't just be a total fat ass and decide to look jacked in a week or so

The only goal of that diet is to move water. You should be concerned about moving water after you are at a low bf. IMO, 5-6% may be extreme unless your at peak weak walking on stage. And everybody looks they're best at a different bf%.
There is absolutely NO reason to only ingest 50g of carbs from Monday-Friday. That would definitely put you in ketosis. An average 200lb man requires approx. 300g of carbs a day to replenish skeletal muscle and liver carb stores, 200g being in the muscles. You can achieve a carb depletion in 2 days of 50g or less carbs.Doctor of Chiropractic
