Turkey bacon has a little more nutrition than regular bacon. Is it that bad? I can think of worse things, but you're basically just eating animal fat, not the wort thing.

Ultimately it's fine, but don't think it's OK to eat bad things frequently just because you're on a bulk. I don't want to see you starting a thread saying is "Mcdonalds OK to eat everyday?"

Turkey bacon fan myself. I cut those "white parts" off before I cook it though, and I towel dry it to absorb the grease.

I eat it maybe twice a week; though, I'm cutting now.

Only real bad thing I would have to say about bacon, any bacon is the added nitrites to keep the color of the meat looking good. I assume they put it in bacon products (not 100% sure) since they put it in almost any preserved packaged meat.

There are few posts on the negative aspects of nitrites and that's what I'd be more worried about, not necessarily the fat.

Turkey bacon is usually a combination of processed white and dark meat turkey. that "white part" you cut off is actually the white meat. read the labeling on the package. you are throwing away good stuff : D
