    HGH/Muscle Milk/Creatine

So I currently take HGH for height problems, and I drink muscle milk when i work out / exercise. Would it be a bad idea to take creatine, too?

Like, with the other things that I'm taking, does it make a difference? Or would it be safe for me to use?

You should be good to go ahead and add creatine in if you are serious about gaining muscle.

Why are so many of these troll threads being posted?

HGH will not really help with height problems.

Muscle Milk and Creatine are fine.

    I'm not a troll.

You say HGH doesn't work? I'd say gaining an inch in a month is natural, believe me...
And I'm very serious about gaining muscle, it's hard at the moment, because I have lacrosse.
Would taking it before lacrosse help as much as it would before working out?

The reason I posted this was because my mom and dad were concerned about me taking it, and I wanted to clear it up that it's okay for me to take them together.

At the age of 14, I would not be surprised if you grew 3 inches in a month without HGH, nevermind 1.

Your parents would have to be idiots to be concerned with you taking Creatine, instead of being concerned about you taking HGH supplements.

    Currently, I'm 5' 4.5

We did the blood test, and i tested negative for Growth Hormone Deficiency. However, my parents and my doctor both felt that maybe the growth hormone my body was naturally making wasn't doing its job, because both of my parents are above 5'10. We tried it for a couple of months, and it's working, so I'm going to continue to stay on it.

That is not even possible. Your doctor would have to have failed every course in Med-School to think that. The majority of 14 year olds are less than 5'4".

Well apparently you were not concerned about HGH.

Now, if you had been a smart little kid and researched HGH, you'd be a smart enough little kid to research Creatine and not have to ask us.

You're obviously stupid. I have my growth curve right infront of me, 5'3 (a couple of months ago) for a 14 year is in the 25th percentile.

I didn't research HGH, my parents did.

I've hit multiple growth spurts. Most recently at 15 years of age.

Also, in what way does "I really could care less" mean that you don't care?

"I really could care less" would mean you could care less than you do.

"I really couldn't care less" would mean you couldn't care any less than you do.

That saying doesn't make even remotely close to any sense.

I already had my growth spurt, and it wasn't much, at all. All I did was ask a simple question because I was concerned about my health, and I get everyone here flaming me, thinking that I'm a troll.

Because you will have more than one growth spurt in your growing stages.

Yeah, I know that. But my doctor said that by the time you're 16, your bones will have already fused together, making it harder for you to grow. I'm currently on a drug to keep the estrogen from binding to my bones (which somehow prevents the bones from binding together idk much about it), along with the HGH.
Can I just get a simple answer from people about the HGH and Creatine together? Thanks.

To answer the question: It would be safe. Creatine and hgh have no relationship in their effects on the body. And, muscle milk is protein; doesn't even need to be mentioned.

misc: lol, you do know that everyone grows at different stages right? There's 16 yr olds that are 5'3'' that end up being 5'10''+ by the time they're 20.

Yes, but that's because their bone ages are much lower than their age in years. My bone age is the same as my actual age, I think it might even be a couple of months ahead.

I have given you a simple answer.

HGH and Creatine are fine, but the HGH should not be taken.

What your doctor would have basically told you is that growth plates close at the age of 16, which is wrong. The majority of your growth plates will not close until you are 19-20, and very often not until you are as old as 23-24, giving you an awful lot of time before you stop growing.

I'll end the insult throwing and be nice about this, I suppose.

The average height of a 14 year old is somewhere around 5'5" - 5'6", so believe me, you are not far behind at all. You'll grow. Don't worry about HGH, you don't need it. When you hit another growth spurt, I guarantee you will hit atleast 5'5", if not 5'6".

But yes, Creatine is fine to take, in combination with anything. It is naturally occurring and will not cause you any problems.

I'll be honest with you in saying, I highly recommend you speak to a more commendable family doctor, as yours is not giving you truthful information.

"I really couldn't care less" would mean you couldn't care any less than you do.

That saying doesn't make even remotely close to any sense.
Wow, you are borderline retarded. MANY kids take hgh at 14 because they have a growth hormone deficiency. Ever heard of that? The doctor does not just say "Oh, you're short, let me give you some hgh." The doctor gets bloodwork and other work done to know that giving the patient hgh is the right thing.

No, they don't, because MANY doctors realize that not all kids have hit puberty at the age of 14. Many males don't begin puberty until the ages of 16 and, in some cases, even later. They will not provide HGH to a 14 year old who is 5'3", unless they are doing their job wrong.

5'3" is very short for 14.

They can also detect growth hormone deficiency at birth. Learn your facts

Hey brah. I took HGH for 6 years. Not sure if it really did anything. I was in the 50th percentile. I was 4" 4' at 12 when I started taking it.

I started doing my own research besides what was in the info packets the pharmecuetical companies sent me and got really scared of that ****. I actually test positive for growth hormone deficiency and my bone age is 3 years or so younger than me. But I was still scared of the many side effects.

Do you own research brah. There's A LOT of money in prescribing you that **** for your doctor and the companies. It cost my insurance company couple thousand a month for it.

But to answer you question. It's safe.

Unless that male has already almost finished puberty. I think my doctor knows what she's doing, she's been doing it for 20 years.
