Awesome to the 65 and mini tours BUT for the bold
I was always better on the course on my own than in tournaments back in the day. My lowest round was like a 67 on a par 72. golf everyday FTW.
I curse myself sometimes for at least not finishing my business/accounting diploma so I could work on a golf course as a teaching pro if the film/tv thing every falls apart.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

Deadlifting at something other than my top possible speed is not a bad habit, it's a choice I made because I didn't know if I could DL as fast as possible while still maintaining strictly correct form. I knew if I slowed it down I could make sure I did that, and that was more important to me to begin with. Now that I have done it for a while and I know how it feels, I can go faster without feeling that I'm risking injury. Are you saying that if you taught someone to dl, you would insist they start by hauling their light-ish weight off the floor as fast as humanly possible the first times out?
Not knowing how /= not bothering. I suffered (and suffer) from invicibility complex. I'm hardly alone in that.
Sam was not giving me advice, he was chirping me about misusing terms. Which was fair. You and by extension Stig might have had a lesson buried in your chirping but you were doing the same.
Your point about woman logic would only be accurate if I had not addressed the argument at hand, and had stuck solely to ad hominem attacks to try make my point instead of throwing them in at the end for lulz.
But I understand that what you've done here, based on my initial reaction, is deliberately go on to provoke me and are now making a point about my destructive readiness to fight at the drop of a hat. You're saying I'm still a carrot. And you're right.

Tried out new back squat form. Partner commented without being told I was doing anything diff that I looked better, less like a retard powerlifter squat. Success. Still an urge to develop spontaneous hyperlordosis, thinking it is because I am trying to get tightness in my upper back - my shoulders are so flexible it is pretty much impossible no matter how close my hands are. Stayed at baby weight but I did PR my FS first.
Going to try to edit with some video tomorrow, too late tonight.

We could combine our long-lost twin powers - I sank some pretty good putts the couple times I played but couldn't drive the ball very far off the tee. 'Course I also didn't lift back then. My PE coach wanted me to play field hockey and made me try out but let me go after I almost killed several people with overly-aggressive high sticking. The more things change.
What kind of warmup do you mean? I always start out with hot tub/sauna/something to help me loosen up and move, then static stretches, usually lower body foam rolling, and most of the time I do squats after my c&j/snatches, which basically are a bunch of light weight (or mid-weight) overhead or front squats. Then ramp up sets starting with bar, go up by 10lbs or so a set to working weight. Jumped straight to working weight on back squats yesterday since I'd done cj's, snatches, and front squats already and I was staying stupid light. I always wrap my knees with ace bandages and I find it helps with stability/patellar tracking, but I have issues.training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=153696161&page=51

That's the point. You will beat them too easily and so they won't accept the challenge. With me in the picture, not only will I hold you back, but also the mear idea of them having to see me without clothes on will step their game up.
EDIT:
If we do it in Oklahoma, I know a great golf course. Meth is included with every golf cart rental.
