Do you want a full log or just a review...just a review im in...full log im out of business until the end of August with my Juggernaut Log. Like the ingredient profile...150mg of Caffiene should be perfect...I think alot of companys are over stimming their stuff.

2) Training History

3) Nutrition
I'm pretty anal about my diet. I eat 3300-3500 calories a day. My day looks like this:
BREAKFAST: 1 1/2 cups of oats, 1 scoop of whey, 2 tbls peanutbutter
10AM SNACK: 1 serving of almonds
LUNCH: 4 oz lean meat, 16 oz potatoes, and 1 cup green veggies
3PM MEAL: 4 oz lean meat, 8 oz potatoes, 1 cup green veggies
PREWORKOUT: whatever pre I'm currently using, 2 grams beta alanine, 4 grams leucine, 3 grams creatine.
POSTWORKOUT: 2 cups oats, 2 scoops of whey, 2 tbls peanut butter
PREBED: 2 cups egg whites.
4) Fitness Goals
My goal is to become the BEST 198lb DRUG FREE RAW POWERLIFTER. I also have the goal of achieving top 5 all time on PL'ing watch for total weight at 198 raw. Lifts that I would like to achieve are a 600lb squat (no knee wraps), 450 raw bench, and a 700 raw deadlift at 198lbs. DRUG FREE
5) Contest History
I finished 1st in the 198lb raw open division/full power at the 2010 AAU National Championships in Mesquite NV. I also finished 1st at the 2010 AAU World Championships in Las Vegas in the same classes/divisions and was awarded best lifter as well. This past April I won 1st place in the same classes/divisions at the AAU Southwest Regionals in Las Vegas NV and again was awarded best lifter.

2) Training History===10+ yrs for sports and the last yr or so i have getting into it seriously. training to gain lean mass and stay cut, takes longer but love the results.
3) Nutrition=====smaller meals. mostly eggs, chicken, tuna, fish, broccoli, and sweet potatoes. keeps my snacks likes peanut butter and all different kinds of nuts. go over board sometimes but need it.
4) Fitness Goals====want to get into fitness modeling and inspire ppl.
5) Contest History====placed 7th in 2010 double t sports transformation challenge, won the ******** contest for inner armour. will be in the upcoming adds.

Been in the gym for 4 years, the last 2 years have been serious training.

60-70g of fat, 325-375g of carbs and 180-210g of protein daily
4) Fitness Goals
Gain size and eventually get my natural pro card

I have yet to compete, I am waiting till next summer when I am 20 years because that's what has been recommended to me by current natural pros.

1) Must be 18 or over - Going to be 22 July 13th.
2) Training History - I weighed 360lbs. I am now down to 224 in a matter of 2 and a half years. Just recently am I training hard to gain lean muscle mass while keeping my fat down and getting even stronger and more stable in the process.
3) Nutrition - I can post meals if you want. I try to keep my carbs a little lower than maintenence. On training days I bump my carbs up but I'm always getting 200-250g of protein per day.
4) Fitness Goals - I need to fill out. I've had one skin removal surgery and need to see how big I can get to assess how much more skin needs surgically removed. My ultimate goal would be a fairly lean, with a lot of muscle, 210-225lber.
5) Contest History - I'm too saggy to be competing yet, son! haha
6) Post counts and reputation will be taken into consideration - That's up to you.
