Hi guys i ordered a big stacks of supplements and with my hemavol i got a free tub of compete 300g(intraworkout with no bcaa) .I want to know if i can mix it with my xtend or my aminocore???

Compete at one to two scoops should be more than sufficient for most needs - whey hydrolysate provides a nice spectrum of EAA and BCAA - one of our athletes (Dusty Hanshaw) even uses in throughout the day (~4+ scoops per day) just because it tastes that damn good.
It'd be perfectly okay to supplement with additional BCAAs based on your own beliefs, preferences, and/or more exotic dietary principles you're following.NOV || Ohio Chapter || Be more, have less.

1 scoop of Compete has 2500mg of amino acids. 2 scoops has 5000mg.
It's enough to keep you out of a catabolic state, which is all you need while you work out.
BCAAs solo do not increase intramuscular amino acid concentrations when taken intra workout. A full spectrum of amino acids does.I got no strings to hold me down

If you note Iforce rep suggestions for doses, we suggest 1 scoop 20-40 mins pre-wo, and 1 scoop intra.
And science dictate you are incorrect. Sipping on BCAAs + EAAs intraworkout increases intramuscular concentrations of amino acids. I'm on my phone now, but will be happy to post up the study tomorrow.I got no strings to hold me down

When taking BCAAs (I train in the morning fasted), I like taking 5g in my pre and then sip on 5g intra. With Compete, I've been sipping on two scoops intra (but I take a swig before I start my workout). Honestly, I haven't noticed much of a difference and for all I know, I can probably do perfectly fine without any of it and just plain water but I like the peace of mind that I'm providing my body with an energy source whilst training fasted.
