I have been training for awhile now and have always admired Frank Zane's physique. I purchased a book on my Kindle called "Frank Zane: The Workouts, Personal Training Diaries". It contains one full year of training using exact workouts that Frank used. I noticed in the book that Zane only lifted weights a maximum of five days a week, mostly 3-4x per week. Most of his training was using a Push/Legs/Pull type of routine as well. Some of the workouts are fairly low in volume using 2-3 sets per exercise (mostly 2 sets, one with 12 reps, one with 10 reps).
Has anyone tried this program in his book or used his methods before? It's hard to believe that he grew that much on that type of volume and weight he used. Perhaps they called him the Chemist for a reason, but I won't get into that. Zane's physique was awesome.

Keep in mind: test, primobolan, and LOTS of T3.
That said, Zane is one of the smartest and most successful bodybuilders who ever lived. The man obviously knew what he was doing...and what he was taking.
Will you get as big and shredded as Zane by following his routines? Probably not. But, there is a wealth of knowledge to be gleaned from his journals, which will serve you forever."Nice TAPOUT shirt, you must kick so much ass."
