well your right arm will be alot more sore than your left arm after "sex" so you might want to rest for a while.
Guess what?!?!?!?! Being HYOOGE isn't that great! Most girls think it's gross, and most normal guys think it's overcompensating for something... But you go ahead and keep on bulking at 15% bodyfat, keep rowing untill your lats are so big you can't sit in a regular car seat, keep shrugging untill you don't have a neck anymore, have fun with it if you really enjoy it... But don't criticize and berate me because I lift for different reasons than you.

this is as serious of a reply as you'll probably get. I never have a problem hitting the gym afterwards. If you do, maybe you need a little more cardio.. simple as that.

It's all in your head if you lift more/less after sex.

Sex doesn't get you stronger or good looking, however, getting stronger or good looking can get you sex.
I've tried working out after sex...I'm way too sleepy to do it."ive been working on my biceps with 35pounds with each arm doing 20 reps each, 8 sets and i cant out grow them for some reason? my goal is to do 10 sets so i can out grow them and move on to 36 pounds. am i doing something wrong?"

"Stupid questions get stupid answers" what if he's asking because he has issues with his test ( not that that's the case) I build a functional body to share and develop my character, any of you that responded like beef headed *******s should sit the **** down. Grown ass "men", bunch of *******s more or less. Your testosterone levels even out after like 3 hours if I'm not mistaken, no testosterone isn't "just in your head" that's like saying cigarettes only kill you if you let them
