I love oatmeal, but it don't like me. Is there anything I can do to consume the oats without the excess flatulence? Thanks in advance.

Just eat it and chase with some yogurt
I know this topic is like a week old, but i thought I would chime in...
I have the same problem. What works for me is to eat it normally and then eat some Greek yogurt or another form of yogurt with Probiatics immediately after. The yogurt seems to help with the digesting of the excess fiber.

Eat potatoes instead of oatmeal.
I eat them as potato puree:
- 400 g potatoes
- 20g butter
- milk (depends on the texture you like)
- salt
- black pepper
Then to the food processor, and enjoy, awesome texture, creamy and very tasty, much more than oatmeal.
also potato is digestive, and contains no anti-nutrients or o6
