5 days ago I was 189 now 5 days later Im 183.. Im at 2100cals this is almost my 3rd week of counting calories. at 2200cals 2 weeks ago I wasnt losing anything but now the weight seems to be just flying off. My metabolism must have changed or something. it doesnt look like Im losing any muscle mass but I have gotten noticebly more vascular this week. should I try increasing my cals a bit? Im doing 45min of cardio 5 days a week in the morning and 45-60min of weights 5 days per week at night and not doing much in between.
