I just got my blender working and plan to make up a shake soon. After reading a few recipes, some suggest adding coffee? i like dat der mocha taste so here what i plan to do;
300ml milk
few ice cubes
2 scoops whey protein (chocolate)
1 spoon of peanut butter
blueberries or banana?
AND 1 spoon of coffee granuals? or do i have to get them into the form of a liquid

Get some instant coffee that's made to dissolve in water. I like to add instant coffee with chocolate whey, it tastes like a mocha shake.
March '12 - June '12 Cut
Total loss: 24.6 lbs
June '12 - Dec '12 Bulk
Total gain: 15 lbs
Dec '12 - Feb '13 Cut
Total loss: 17 lbs
Feb '13 - ? Bulk
