I'm just gonna leave this here..
In all seriousness, some ALCAR before drinking works wonders for preventing headaches. I usually take ~2g, although I'm told optimally ~2g before, during, and after is the best dosing scheme for preventing that sort of hangover.NOV || Ohio Chapter || Be more, have less.

i wish i tried it in college. My plan was to leave a ton of glasses of water around my apartment. ideally id drink at least 5 of 10 when i got home and be semi ok in the morning🎄⛄🎄In🎄⛄🎄

I took it on my twenty first birthday......threw up three times at our college bar, over 30 drinks of various types (it was a damn good thing I threw up, that would kill a bear), and a shopping cart filled with ibuprofen, whole milk, and Plan B the next day - but no headache at least.Originally Posted by Black_Label
