Solid leg work. Nice job taking it easy with the knee. I know sometimes I tend to over do it when my knee or shoulder has bothered me and I've probably paid for it.

The vid looked good Raiger --- good back position throughout, good control and good depth
And no point in pushing the knee too hard - you've got plenty of time to build up those numbers. Going to that depth and with that control will build muscle anyway and I'm sure you'll have DOMS tomorrow"Better to wear out than rust out!"
