Yea, all those trans-fats are absolutely conductive to muscle growth as well as healthy living. Two thumbs up! Nutella is some of the worst, nutritionally-void junk that you can eat. Go ahead, bulk on it, unless you have stellar genetics, you'll look like another typical lump of **** fat blob that passes for "HYOOOOOOGE" around here.Russell Wilson, the first QB in NFL history to throw a game-winning interception.

Always amazes me how folks equate bulking with eating whatever useless piece of **** food that they can find. If you're going to load up on calories, load up on nutritionally useful calories, stuff your body needs/requires, not eating just a bunch of nutritionally-void junk for the hell of it. Unless you're getting chemical assistance, it rarely turns out well. If you weigh 150 pounds, then you really don't need THAT much food to bulk. You're already low on muscle, just bumping your diet a few extra hundred calories a day should result in solid gains.
That can be accomplished with 1 extra daily meal, or an extra protein/banana/strawberry/OJ shake thrown in. People just try to find excuses to justify eating junk. Is it going to hurt you in moderation? No, there is nothing wrong in moderation, but for a 150 pound guy, basing a bulking strategy off Nutella for a natural athlete/bodybuilder is pretty damn goofy.Russell Wilson, the first QB in NFL history to throw a game-winning interception.
