Ya trust me man the camera is literally garbage, its like maybe 20-30 bucks. As well as lighting, etc. I know what u mean, don't like the size i get on camera.
As well when i record a video, its all blurry.
*I should also note that is a baseball jersey as well. not a t-shirt but a jersey lulz, and i fill it out extremely well hahaha

Wendlers 5 3 1. Deadlift day. Week2. Cycle 1
Deadlifts:
was suppose hit 365lbs for 3+ reps.
I did 365lbs for 15 reps. According to the 1 rep max calculator(which is always correct for me) then my 1 rep max is 600lbs
here are some weighted pullups too. 75lb weighted pulls for 4 reps at 200lbs bodyweight.

Wendlers 5 3 1, Squat Day, Wave 1 Cycle 2
Finished 1 cycle of wendlers already and i love it. I did not do my deloads for the last cycle. I am feeling amazing and i don't want to do deloads. We will see how i feel this cycle, i might do deloads, if i am feeling godo though, i will not.
Squats:
last set: needed to hit 325lbs for 5+ reps. I got 11 reps,
felt amazing. Video will be below
Stiff legged deadlifts:
135lbs for 10 reps
225lbs for 10 reps
300lbs for 10 reps
felt amazing. hamstrings were on fire.
Standing calf raises:
80lbs for 2 sets of 30 reps
Static barbell holds:
225lbs held for 3 sets of 30 seconds
forearms were on fire, felt awesome
Weighted ab crunches;
25lbs for 20 reps
35lbs for 15 reps
abs were on fire, and looked sick afterwards,
hanging leg raises:
bodyweight for 10 reps
felt good.
Standing hammer curls
23lbs for 10 reps
33lbs for 10 reps
43lbs for 10 reps
48lbs for 8 reps
felt amazing biceps were on fire, and felt good
Overall one my top squat workouts, felt good throughout and had overall good energy. Felt very nice

Also make sure you guys follow me in my lifting log. i update my lifting log every single day, and i also lift weights every single day.
