Myron shirt. So awesome! Haha thanks Tony
Soon, Ryan. Real soon
Are you srs my friend? I love blowing people out of the water! Ha. And I told you PM's are disabled silly willy. ********, hmmm not sure when that'll be up again
Herro back! I'm loving those, but not sure how I feel going heavy on them. I mean 40lbs isn't a whole lot but with that motion sometimes I feel like my arms are going to rip off. I like the feel in my triceps after doing them though. Feels good man
I am so ready for that 1 pps bench. I hope to hit it by January
Haha show him! More motivationPatience, dedication, drive.

PR equals reps . Looks like a lot of pressing in that workout too, not long before your benching the pancakes

Dear log,
I did not feel like lifting at all today. But guess what...I fking did it. PR on squats. No PR on deads. Figured I might as well work with the weight I know I can pull and try for reps instead of just 1 rep maxes. By the time I got to sumo, I had no energy whatsoever. Could not find any motivation but I think I still did pretty good. I think the fact that I got stuck on my last set of squats made me lose a little steam. Tried squatting 155 for reps after hitting 185 and couldn't get back up! My arse was sore to say the least. One of those days!
Lower Power
Squats
135 x 5
145 x 5
155 x 5
170 x 3
180 x 1 first PR
185 x 1 second PR
Leg Extensions
120 x 12
125 x 12 x 2 these keep going up
Hip Thrusts
205 x 8 x 2
215 x 8 PR
Sumo
185 x 5
205 x 5
235 x 1 gosh darn
225 x 3 this was tough
RDL's
135 x 6 x 3
Cable Pull Throughs
60 x 20
70 x 20
Goodmornings
75 x 8 x 3
Standing Calf Machine
130 x 10 x 3 does this count as a PR? up 10lbs from last week
No walking BB lunges today for the first time since, well...ever. Haha. I just like doing those because they work up a good sweat and get my heart rate up. Stupid lack of energy! And this was after 2 scoops of pre-workout. That shiit didn't work for me tonight. It's sleepy time! night night
Ooooh pancakes....sounds like a yummy PR waiting to happen!Last edited by MiscDemeanor; 11-06-2012 at 10:04 PM. Reason: silly me forgot to log leg extensions

Haha not sure if TMI but I also forgot to log about how I almost threw up in the squat rack. Groce, right!?!! I ate too much prior to going to the gym, then I downed pre-workout about 30 minutes before. So food + 8 ounces of water. Oh lawd. I had to walk on the treadmill for about 15 minutes before I could continue with squats. Did my first set then was like fuk this, did leg extensions, still felt a bit sick. Finally, about 25 minutes later I was good to go. How embarrassing would that have been to puke a little in front of everyone LOL. Ok story time over time to shower then sleep
I work full time 5 days a week. Mon - Fri. Nothing special! I'm a customer service rep at a call center for a utility company...fun shiit. Not really...but no I'm not in school at the moment. College drop out (not the best influence) don't tell your friend I said this. Stay in school kidsPatience, dedication, drive.

No groceries at the house so since 6:50 this morning I've been eating nothing but freakin' vending machine food. Had 2 cinnamon rolls for breakfast, chips for a snack, and Oreos and a hot pocket for lunch. Goodnight sweet protein intake for today! This is not cool. Inb4 go shopping you lazy kunt
Question for anyone: is it normal to feel all shaky after hitting your 1rm? I mean, I'm not sure if 185 was my 1rm on squats but it's a 15lb increase from my last attempt. My whole bottom half is shaky. Same thing happened to me when I pulled 245 sumo...arms were shaking the next day. Feels weirdPatience, dedication, drive.

Lol at that diet . Better stock up on the protonz for dinner!!
Answer: Probably just a nervous response to hitting the PRs honestly. When you say shaky do you mean like little jittering or like vigorous back-and-forth movement? Can you control it if you make a conscious effort?Team HALEO™ Rep

Maybe I'm just weird! Idk but it happens pretty often, even on hyper days.
Hahaha. It's true though!!
Oh lawd. I had one memorable one like that. He was literally screaming the whole time, didn't want to be patient and let me help. Finally requested a supervisor and I had to apologize and even said this guy is crazy! It was very hard to take the next phone call, it was right after I started so I was still pretty new. Anyway, yeah it can get pretty stressful sometimes! I've even made a thread about how I hate my job. Please be nice MaxPatience, dedication, drive.

Whoa whoa whoa. I don't think it's my stabilizer muscles...hmmm. It's almost like my body is kind of shocked a little after a session. Maybe I am missing something in my diet. Lack of potassium maybe? Must....eat....more....potatoes! This happened to me before and I increased my potassium intake. Seemed to help some. My diet lately has sucked horribly :/Patience, dedication, drive.
